This portal maintains the alumni register for AL-AZ’HAR Matriculation Hr. Sec. School, Cumbum.

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, year of leaving or passing, last class attended and current city. Your occupation or current study is optional. We also record the date of your registration and consent.

How the school uses your details

Authorised school administrators can view and export registrations to maintain the alumni register and contact you about alumni matters. Please submit your own accurate details and register once.

What is public

The homepage shows the total number of registrations. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and individual records are not publicly listed.

Cookies and security

The portal uses an essential session cookie for form security and administrator login. It does not use advertising trackers. Sign-in attempts and submissions are rate limited using a keyed fingerprint of the connection address. Administrators should handle any exported files with the same care as records in this portal.

Corrections and requests

To correct or remove your registration, or withdraw consent for future alumni contact, contact the school office at info@alazharschool.in. Include your registration reference if available. The school may ask you to verify the request.
